Global DMS Expands EVO to Support UAD 3.6 Appraisal Workflows

Enhanced order and submission workflows help lenders and AMCs prepare for the UAD 3.6 transition

Global DMS®, a provider of cloud-based appraisal management software, today announced expanded Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 capabilities for EVO®, its configurable valuation management platform.

EVO supports the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report, Restricted Appraisal Update Report and Completion Report. Capabilities include structured order data, appraisal report packages, Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) submissions, and automatic return and attachment of Submission Summary Reports (SSRs). Configurable loan origination system integrations, exception workflows and audit trails help organizations manage the transition within existing operations.

“This release reflects our commitment to a more consistent, transparent and dependable valuation process,” said Vladimir Bien-Aime, president and CEO of Global DMS.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac permit sellers with approved policy exceptions to submit new UAD 2.6 reports through May 19, 2027. Beginning May 20, 2027, all initial UCDP submissions must use UAD 3.6. Previously submitted UAD 2.6 reports may be resubmitted through June 27, 2027, before the format is retired on June 28, 2027. The November 2, 2026 mandate remains in effect for sellers without an approved exception.

“UAD 3.6 changes the order data, report package and submission processes surrounding each assignment,” said John M. Grady, chief developer and senior vice president of development at Global DMS. “We updated EVO to manage those requirements through a coordinated workflow.”
