Information Regarding COVID-19 and Global DMS®
Global DMS is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our employees, clients and partners. We have been closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) on a daily basis to ensure our operational plans are consistent with the recommendations from the CDC, WHO, and our internal Business Continuity Plan.
To ensure our services to our customers are not interrupted the following items are in place to maintain business operations.
- Business Continuity - The current Global DMS Business Continuity Plan (BCP) outlines how will continue operations if a pandemic is called by authorities. In such a scenario, all employees will be asked to work from home. We have fully invested in remote working capabilities which enable all employees to work uninterrupted and with the same capabilities no matter where they are located. All core business systems are fully accessible and we are able to support all business functions with no impact to normal service levels.
- Employee Safety - The well being of all employees is also core to Global DMS values. We will always endeavor to provide the safest possible working environment for our people so they may continue to serve our customers.
- Communication - Global DMS will communicate with clients and authorities as necessary regarding business operations during a pandemic call.
We know the situation will continue to evolve over the coming weeks, and we will continue to evaluate our plans until overall public health concern for the country is back to normal levels.
