At GlobalDMS, we offer a plethora of usable add-ons for our eTrac Enterprise system that are designed to further streamline and enhance many of your business processes. These add-ons will allow you to complete many of your daily tasks far more efficiently and cost effectively, and in this week’s latest blog, we are highlighting three specific add-ons known as: Advanced User Permissions; Client User Auto CC; and Order Change Log.
Advanced User Permissions:
This add-on enhances a user’s permission control, allowing each granular function in the management system to be authorized for specific users. The standard permissions limitation is categorized in to four main groups: look only, staff, manager, and administrator. The enhanced approach will include individual functions, such as adding an order, invoicing, posting payments, etc.
Client User Auto CC:
This add-on allows clients to enter their credit cards information and automatically process the cards immediately after order submission. This module will also prevent the system from automatically assigning a vendor if the credit card is not successfully charged.
Order Change Log:
This add-on enhances the status messages so that certain updates are only viewable by the Staff Users. When an order is updated in the Staff Module, additional notes are stored in the Status History if Product Fee, Vendor Fee, Date Due, or Date Due From Vendor changes.
These add-ons are available for eTrac Enterprise users only, and won’t be available for individuals who only use our eTrac Office system. However, you may upgrade to eTrac Enterprise at anytime by either calling 877-866-2747 Ext. 2 or contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org via our website.
