The Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) is a component of the Uniform Mortgage Data Program® (UMDP®), jointly established by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac under the direction of their regulator, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), to provide common requirements for appraisal and loan delivery data.
Uniform Collateral Data Portal
The Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) is a single portal through which lenders electronically submit reports for conventional mortgages delivered to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Through the UCDP, lenders can upload appraisal data and view edits and submission details.

Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP):
The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) are the generally accepted standards for professional appraisal practice in North America.
