Global DMS recently added 2 new members to its Technical Support Department to help provide even faster service to the company’s expanding client-base. Both Tyler Lipshutz and Matt Gerhart began their tenures on October 19th, and are excited by the opportunities that lay in front of them as they begin their new journeys with the company.
Tyler was hired as a Technical Support Representative, and is responsible for providing efficient software support to Global DMS’ clients that are utilizing the eTrac® appraisal management platform. He will accomplish this by promptly responding to phone calls, emails, and “Live Help” instant messages to ensure that all questions are answered immediately and that all problems are resolved in a timely manner.
Tyler recently graduated from Penn State University this past August, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Sciences and Technology. While there, he held numerous client-facing internships at several companies, including the Lowes Corporation, Keller Williams Realty, and Capital One. Tyler also holds several IT-related certifications, which have provided him with numerous software-related skillsets.
Matt was also hired as a Technical Support Representative, meaning he too is responsible for providing efficient software support to Global DMS’ clients that are utilizing the eTrac appraisal management platform. Like Tyler, he will accomplish this by promptly responding to phone calls, emails, and “Live Help” instant messages to quickly resolve any issues and to provide valuable insight to help alleviate any confusion.
Prior to joining Global DMS, Matt worked for H&M NetWorks as one of the company’s Engineering Support Specialists. While there, he was primarily responsible for creating reports and data presentation deliverables for the company’s clients, and single-handedly developed a set of standardized procedures and document templates to help streamline work processes.
Matt earned an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from Montgomery County Community College in May of 2013.
