On June 5th, Global DMS’ 2014 “Feature Release” initiative for eTrac® officially went live, making some significant updates within the system based on the feedback we’ve heard from our customers. We’re confident that our customers will immediately find these enhancements quite beneficial, because they have made eTrac a more robust product offering that is even easier to use.
Our 2014 “Feature Release” focused on the following 2 areas within the eTrac platform:
- There was a complete overhaul of eTrac’s Workflow Engine App – which allows users to create their own unique workflow based on their company’s needs by providing the ability to automate various functions within the eTrac system to improve organizational efficiencies. The app is now easier to use due to a new streamlined interface, and we’ve also reduced the amount of clicks needed to enable workflow items.
- We’ve created a new way to order AVMs, and now have additional AVM and Data Products available. Global DMS has officially partnered with Collateral Analytics™ to provide our customers with 2 new AVMs, 4 new Collateral Data Validation Analytics Products, and their popular Risk Profiler™. Individual product previews and pricing are displayed on the ordering page, and no additional contracts will be needed to utilize the new products.
