At Global DMS, we offer a large variety of software applications for our eTrac® Platform, which are readily available for all customers that utilize the Enterprise package. These apps are designed to further streamline and enhance numerous business processes, and will help improve an eTrac user’s overall workflow during their day-to-day operations.
This week, we are highlighting two specific software apps known as Enhanced Appraiser Scoring and Vendor Fee on Invoice.
Enhanced Appraiser Scoring:
The Enhanced Appraiser Scoring app allows advanced parameters to be added for the use of scoring an appraiser’s performance. These advanced parameters are based around an appraiser’s turnaround time, revision count, reviewer score, and MISMO Appraisal Review System (MARS) score. These scores can then be reported from within the eTrac Report Builder app (requires activation).
Vendor Fee on Invoice:
The Vendor Fee on Invoice app provides an invoice enhancement, which details the “Management Fee” and the “Appraisal Fee” separately. This feature can be adjusted depending on the specifics of the lender.
Global DMS’ goal is to offer our customers the most robust product offering possible. This is why we have created these and many other software apps to help our customers get the best configuration of eTrac for their business – because every business has its own specific needs.
These software apps however are only available to those that utilize our eTrac Enterprise package, and won’t be available to our eTrac Office customers. With that said, Office customers can upgrade to Enterprise at any time by calling our Sales Department at 877-866-2747 (option 2).
