At Global DMS, we offer a large variety of software add-ons for our eTrac® Platform, which are readily available for all our customers that utilize the Enterprise package. These add-ons are designed to further streamline and enhance numerous business processes, and will help improve an eTrac user’s overall workflow during their day-to-day operations.
This week, we are highlighting two specific software add-ons known as UAD Verifications and Address Standardization.
The UAD Verifications add-on allows vendors to upload a sample UAD XML report from their Profile page in the appraiser module. If the sample report is a valid UAD XML, then the vendor will be flagged as UAD compliant in their profile.
The Address Standardization add-on provides a link on the order form that is adjacent to the Subject Address. When an eTrac user clicks this link, it will apply the USPS address standardization rules to the Subject Address so abbreviations can be used within the address.

Global DMS’ goal is to offer our customers the most robust product offering possible. We’ve created these and many other software add-ons to help our customers get the best configuration of eTrac for their business, because every business has its own specific needs.
These software add-ons however are only available to our eTrac Enterprise customers, and won’t be available to those utilizing our eTrac Office package. With that said, Office customers can upgrade at any time by calling 877-866-2747 (option 2).
