Global DMS offers a variety of software add-ons for its eTrac® System, which are readily available for all customers that utilize the Enterprise package. These add-ons are designed to further streamline and enhance numerous business processes, and will help improve an eTrac user’s overall workflow during their day-to-day operations.
This week, we are highlighting two specific add-ons known as PCI Compliance and Vendor/Client Import
The PCI Compliance add-on is applied to those that process credit cards through the eTrac System to ensure that we, and our clients, meet the PCI Compliance standards.
- All but the last 4-digits of credit card numbers will be encrypted.
- The CVV field will always appear to be blank.
- CVV will be purged when the credit card is processed – meaning it cannot be retrieved.
The Vendor/Client Import add-on provides a function to import clients, appraisers, client users, do not use lists, vendor payments, client payments, and Truth in Lending data in to the eTrac management system using template Excel spreadsheets. The templates contain data dictionaries defining the fields and key values required for import.
Our goal at Global DMS is to offer our customers the most robust product offering possible. We’ve created these and many other software add-ons to help our customers get the best configuration of eTrac for their business, because every business has its own specific needs.
These software add-ons however are only available to our eTrac Enterprise customers, and won’t be available to those utilizing our eTrac Office package. With that said, Office customers can upgrade to Enterprise at any time by calling 877-866-2747 (option 2).
