Global DMS offers a variety of software add-ons for its eTrac® System, which are readily available for all customers that utilize the Enterprise package. These add-ons are designed to further streamline and enhance numerous business processes, and will help improve an eTrac user’s overall workflow during their day-to-day operations.
This week, we are highlighting two specific add-ons known as eTrac Web Forms and Company Documents.
eTrac Web Forms:
eTrac Web Forms is an efficient way to produce appraisal reports entirely online, allowing appraisers to be completely mobile and autonomous. With this breakthrough software, appraisers can easily create reports and have direct access to all their data in one place without the need of expensive servers. eTrac Web Forms also provides cool tools to help users work smarter, including weather, news, and traffic updates in their local area.
This simple solution will work on Windows PC, Apple Products (Mac Book, iPhone, and iPad), Droid Products (Nexus, Samsung, Motorola, etc.), and any Internet browser. The Company Documents add-on provides users with the ability to automatically send additional information in the body of a message and as an attachment to vendors or clients upon assignment or when forwarding a finished appraisal. The document may be client specific, product specific, billing method specific, or any combination thereof. This add-on will also allow users to brand logos to invoices and web forms.
Additionally, the Company Documents add-on allows users to create their own Appraiser Independence Certificate document (in a PDF format) and upload it as a ‘Client Email Attachment.’ The uploaded document will be attached to all emails when forwarding files to clients from eTrac’s ‘Files Available for Download’ page in the Staff Module, but filters can be used to limit when this document is actually sent.
Our goal at Global DMS is to offer our customers the most robust product offering possible. We’ve created these and many other software add-ons to help our customers get the best configuration of eTrac for their business, because every business has its own specific needs.
These software add-ons however are only available to our eTrac Enterprise customers, and won’t be available to those utilizing our eTrac Office package. With that said, Office customers may upgrade to Enterprise at any time by calling 877-866-2747 (option 2).
