Global DMS has recently added 3 new members to its employee-base to help support its internal operations and increased business. Jonathan Gartland and Jacob Martel (both Tier 2 Support Analysts) have joined Global DMS’ Customer Support Department, and Saurabh Singh (Junior Software Developer) has joined the company’s Development Department.
Jonathan Gartland:
Jonathan began working for Global DMS on April 22, 2013 as one of the company’s new Tier 2 Support Analysts, and is responsible for providing system support to the company’s client-base using the eTrac System. Thanks to his 4 years of experience working in a customer support role, Jonathan possesses strong skills with various operating systems – such as Microsoft Windows (XP and 7), Mac OS, VMware, Citrix, and z/OS.
Prior to working for Global DMS, Jonathan was first employed with Computer Aid for the previous 4 years as a Tier 3 Support Analyst. While there, he was responsible for both internal and external user support, desktop deployment (internally), mainframe support, and level 1 network support. Jonathan graduated from Bucks County Community College in 2008 with an Associate’s Degree in Cinema Video Communications.
Jacob Martel:
Jacob began his new tenure with Global DMS on April 22, 2013 as one of the company’s new Tier 2 Support Analysts, and is responsible for providing desktop application support to the company’s client-base using the eTrac System. Known for his ability multi-task, Jacob is a critical thinker with exceptional listening skills.
Graduating from ITT Technical Institute in 2010 with an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Jacob previously worked for Nextgen Healthcare for just over a year as one of the company’s Client Support Analysts. He worked in their Help Desk Support Department, and assisted the company’s clients that were experiencing problems with their electronic medical records.
Saurabh Singh:
Saurabh began working for Global DMS on April 22, 2013 as the company’s new Junior Software Developer, and is responsible for creating documentation and developing code for assigned projects. During the course of his young career, Saurabh has acquired a great deal of knowledge with various development tools and languages – such as ASP.net, VB.net, XML, Sequel Developer, Enterprise Architect, SharePoint, JAVA Script, HTML/CSS, and many more.
Before beginning his tenure with Global DMS, Saurabh first worked as a Technical Support Associate at Wipro BPO Technologies in India from 2009 to 2010. He was responsible for troubleshooting their client’s hardware, such as printers, and upgrading their old and corrupt software. Saurabh then went on to work for Mindteck Inc. from 2011 to 2013 as a Junior Software Programmer, where he was tasked with handling migration responsibilities, working on new initiatives to implement different functionalities within software programs, identifying and rectifying code defects, performing data fixes and changes per client request, and more. Saurabh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application from MCNUJC University in India in 2008.
