Global DMS’ eTrac System has over 90 software add-ons that are readily available to our Enterprise customers, and these add-ons are designed to further streamline and enhance numerous business processes to help improve an eTrac user’s overall workflow.
This week, we are highlighting two specific software add-ons known as: Archiver Pro and Vendor/Client Import.
The Archiver Pro add-on is a desktop tool that provides eTrac users with a means to either manually or automatically download order information in to a comma separated value format (.csv) to their local file management system on their office computer. It also allows eTrac users to either manually or automatically download any additional attachments they may have to their local file management system as well.
The Vendor/Client Import add-on provides eTrac Staff Users (AMC’s, banks, lenders) with an efficient function that allows them to seamlessly import both their vendors (appraisers) and clients (processors, brokers, loan officers) in to their company’s eTrac System using an Excel spreadsheet with a predefined template. This predefined template is very easy to work with and contains data dictionaries that define both the required fields and key values that are necessary for a successful import.
These software add-ons are only available to our eTrac Enterprise customers, and won’t be available to those utilizing our eTrac Office package. However, Office customers may upgrade to Enterprise at anytime by calling 877-866-2747 (option 2).
