There are several pre-built queues in the eTrac System, and they are as follows:
View Open Queue: The View Open Queue lists every open appraisal order that has been assigned, but has yet to be completed. The queue shows each order’s file number (eTrac’s internal record), client, borrower, address of the subject property, assigned appraiser, and the status of the order.
View Due Queue: The View Due Queue lists every appraisal order that is due within the next 5 days. The queue shows each order’s file number, the appraiser who’s been assigned to the order, the client, the subject property’s address, the borrower, and the date when the property was inspected.
Completed Orders Queue: The Completed Orders Queue provides eTrac users with a list of all their completed appraisal orders over the previous 365 days. The queue shows each order’s file number, client, borrower, address of the subject property, assigned appraiser, and the date in which the order was completed.
In Review Queue: The In Review Queue shows all appraisal orders that are currently in the “Review” status. The queue shows each order’s file number, borrower, address of the subject property, assigned appraiser, the date in which the appraisal was assigned, and the date in which the order went into review.
Cancelled Orders Queue: The Cancelled Orders Queue lists all appraisal orders that have been cancelled by a Client (Processor, Loan Officer, etc.) within the previous 90 days. From this queue, eTrac users will see each order’s file number, borrower, address of the subject property, the type of product, the date when the order was originally assigned, and the date in which it was cancelled.
View On-Hold Queue: The View On-Hold Queue displays all appraisal orders that are currently in the “On Hold” status and waiting to be resumed by their assigned appraiser. This queue shows each order’s file number, borrower, the subject property’s address, assigned appraiser, the date in which the order was assigned, and the date when it was placed on hold.
View Unassigned Queue: The View Unassigned Queue displays every appraisal order that is currently unassigned to an appraiser, and comes with a few additional options—eTrac users are able to update, assign, and/or delete the orders via three links that are located to the right of each order in the queue’s list. Like every other queue, this one also displays specifics for each order, including the file number, borrower, client, address of the subject property, who the appraisal was ordered by, the date it was ordered, the product type, the type of property being appraised, and the reviewer.
Inspections Scheduled Queue: The Inspections Scheduled Queue allows eTrac users to view when inspections are currently scheduled, and is sorted by date and time to keep everything organized. This queue shows each order’s file number, assigned appraiser, the subject property’s address, and the inspection’s scheduled time.
View Pending Updates Queue: The View Pending Updates Queue shows every status update request that was recently sent by an appraiser for a specific order. Within the queue, eTrac users are provided with each order’s file number, assigned appraiser, client, and the updated status.
