To celebrate the launch of its new Global Unity Project, GlobalDMS and its partners held the Global Unity Launch Event at the Paris Club in Chicago IL during the MBA’s 99th Annual Convention and Expo. The event was a great success, as more than 300 mortgage industry professionals eagerly attended to learn more about this monumental advancement towards industry cooperation.
“It was touching to see such an unprecedented level of cooperation in an industry that has normally been segmented among vendors,” said Vladimir Bien-Aime, CEO of GlobalDMS. “(Global) Unity embodies not only the culture of GlobalDMS, but pioneers a better way of doing business in the future that can potentially change the industry as a whole.”
The Global Unity Project is GlobalDMS’ new appraisal compliance technology initiative that seeks to establish seamless integrations with all major Loan Origination Systems (LOS) in the marketplace. The project has already integrated with many premiere LOS providers, such as: Calyx, Ellie Mae, FICS, FIS, LendingQB, and Mortgageflex, and is scheduled to integrate with additional providers through 2013.
Global Unity will take automation to the next level by changing the way appraisals are currently ordered, tracked, reviewed, and delivered. This technology provides lenders with access to all of their valuation needs—including automated valuations, full appraisals, and automated reviews—directly from within their LOS without ever having to leave a seamless interface. It will also drastically speed up the ordering process for lenders by eliminating data entry and re-entry.
The Global Unity Launch Event highlighted how Global Unity’s integrations will provide cost efficiencies and accuracy for both lenders and their business partners by streamlining software to make it far more efficient and user friendly. The event also highlighted how this streamlined software will lead to increased business revenues in the long run as a result of fewer steps and reduced training needs.
This naturally created a buzz among the many lenders and LOS providers that attended the event, and most were very excited about the potential Global Unity brings to the lending community that has been longing for a more simplistic way to compliantly handle the valuation management process.
“I think our clients, prospects, and partners were quite excited about the potential of (Global) Unity, and we look forward to working with them in the future towards mutual success,” said Robert Niess, Executive V. P. of Sales at GlobalDMS.
“The energy in the room was at such a high-level, and people were really excited about Global Unity’s launch,” said Melissa Key, Account Manager at GlobalDMS.
